A proud Chico resident since 1979, Tom began his real estate career in Los Angeles with Call Realty, later becoming Coldwell Banker, where he consistently closed 70–90 transactions per year, totaling millions of dollars in home sales. After relocating to Northern California, he joined Century 21 before founding his own brokerage, Great Homes Chico Real Estate, which has now surpassed over 1,000 transactions and $175 million in sales.
